Most Hypnotherapy Sessions at True Potential Hypnotherapy in Telford

are approximately 50-60 minutes long. 

 

However please be aware that the first session includes a detailed consultation,

an explanation of hypnosis and the process and can therefore take up to two hours.

 

All of your sessions will be personalised to meet your individual needs.

 

I will endeavour to answer all of your questions in full to ensure you are completely at ease. 

 

For many people, one or two sessions may be all that is needed to deal with their issue effectively.

 

If you need to schedule appointments after hours, don’t worry. I understand and have regular appointments in the evenings and at weekends.
